The Programs means the Executables and their Related Files and any Related Hardware distributed by us under the mark "Zensoft" as they may be upgraded or modified from time to time. The Programs are provided “as-is.” We warrant only that the official distribution diskette media will be usable and free from defects for a period of thirty (30) days. No additional warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, are made as to The Programs or media or hardware, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not liable for, and will provide no remedy for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from The Programs, even after Zensoft Inc. has received notice of the possibility of such damages. To request a replacement diskette, call our telephone number during the hours listed on your bill of sale to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be returned or replaced. To receive a replacement diskette after the warranty period, a nominal $5 (U.S.) Media Replacement Fee is requested.

This policy is reviewed periodically by Zensoft Inc. and may be subject to change. No part of this policy shall be construed to form any legal obligation or liability on the part of Zensoft Inc..
