I cannot complete a particular level, what can I do?

Answer

It can be frustrating when there is a level that you cannot seem to beat no matter how hard you try. Obviously, you should not have to miss out on playing levels that come later in the Level Pack. Try the following things:

• See if the General Tips and Tricks give you any new ideas.
• While you are playing the level, right-click (or press ESC key) to bring up the in-game menu. Click Check for Hints to be taken to specific hints or a solution for the level you are playing. You can also access these hints directly from our website; visit the Trial Version Tutorials, Retail Version Tutorials, or Expansion Pack Tutorials to view these detailed hints and solutions.

If the information above still does not help, you can skip the level you are having trouble with by typing the cheat code goldfish during the level. You will not receive any points, but will proceed to the next level.
