The tutorials don’t work

The tutorials just say they are loading forever.


Our tutorials require JavaScript in order to run. You may have JavaScript turned off in your browser for security reasons.


The most common web browser with JavaScript disabled is Internet Explorer, which has a number of scripting-related security holes. Many people turn off JavaScript for this reason.

To selectively-enable JavaScript for the Zensoft website, you must add as a “Trusted Site”. First, choose Internet Options... from the Tools menu:

Navigate to the Security tab. Select Trusted Sites. Ensure the Security Level for the trusted sites zone is set to Medium or higher. Then click the Sites... button:

Enter and click Add:

Ensure that the Require server verification box is not checked. Then click OK, and OK again. You may need to reload the Zensoft pages.

An alternative recommended method is to switch from Internet Explorer to a more secure web browser which does not require you to disable JavaScript for security reasons. We recommend Mozilla Firefox:
